Refine and Expand your diagnostic skills by fine tuning the various ways of interpreting postural alignment.

 

In Chinese medicine we strive to reinstate balance and alignment, but often we do not know how to see or define that alignment.  We have been taught many protocols for balancing, but is there a way to literally see the body and its balance?

In this class we will learn to see the body and its balance, discover the role of the feet and ankles, the inner thighs, the pelvic floor, the spine, the diaphragm/chest and the neck in creating the central core, balance, and come up with treatment protocols that correspond to re-establishing ease, uprightness and eliminating disease.Avi will discuss these ways to look at the body posture, and protocols to address the blockages created.  These will apply to structural/orthopedic problems as well as to organic/internal disorders such as gynecological, immunological, hormonal or neurological disorders.

This class is suitable for both beginners and advanced students of the Kiiko Matsumoto style, offering a clear introduction to the system, outlining its protocols,, as well as many in-depth insights, diagnostic techniques, and tools for the advanced practitioner.

 

The class is limited to 25 participants, so as to ensure an intimate learning experience.
